101 Tower LHR is a development by 101 Group, set to become Pakistan’s first vertical forest. This is Pakistan’s largest apartment complex with purposefully designed open-plan living featuring pillarless designs with mesmerising panoramic views of Downtown Lahore and Pakistan’s oldest golf course, Gymkhana.
With a built-up area of over 500,000 sq feet, Forest V features only 87 ultra-large, one to four-bedroom Pakistan apartments, and penthouse suites, including Pakistan’s largest double-story mega rooftop penthouse that cascades over 25000 sq. ft of indoor and outdoor space.
Forest V’s plant typology will reduce air pollution, improve air quality and help sequester approximately 27 tons of CO2 while releasing close to 22 tons of fresh oxygen for the well-being of its residents annually. Greywater harvesting and wastewater recycling designed within the building scheme help sustain the plant biodiversity significantly as part of a sustainable building and plant management plan.
The project is FBR Tax Exempted and approved by the Lahore Development Authority. It is designed to be efficient, cost-effective and environment-friendly with LEED certification. The biophilic design plan presents a sensory return to nature within urban living which comes to life with an ethereal mix of trees, indoor and outdoor plants, shrubs and moss greenery across 45,000 sq feet to improve the health and quality of life for residents daily.
